I Just Placed An Order; When Will It Ship?

Orders are dispatched on a next working day service Monday-Friday. If your order is placed by 15:00, it will be dispatched on the same day. 

How Long Is The Shipping Time?

Your order should be received within the next 1-2 days working days, depending on which time of day your order was placed. 

Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the shipping company’s responsibility.

Will I Receive A Tracking Number?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. 

When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order, you can go to our order tracking page. Please be aware that tracking numbers only become active once your order has been collected from our warehouse. 

Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order with no penalty! You order can be cancelled any time up until your order is shipped. If the item has already been shipped, please email  support@smartwhips.co.uk or contact us via our Contact Us page. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”.
